paragraph 3.13.5) or delete the memory (see paragraph 5.3.1).

performed (see paragraph 3.12).

LED emits a diagnostic signal: 5 flashes - pause of 1 second - 5 flashes. In this case the memory must be deleted (see paragraph
5.3.1), and also the learnt connected devices (see paragraph 3.12) and learnt Opening and Closing positions (see paragraph 3.13).

• If this flashes together with L3, this indicates that the learning phase of the opening and closing positions of the door must be
performed (see paragraph 3.13).
Quick flash
An error in the mains voltage reading has been detected or the braking board is missing. Turn off and on again: if the problem continues,
it might be necessary to replace the braking board.

Solution
Try to turn the board off and on again, if the problem continues replace
the board
Failure if operating with encoder or inverter
The communication with the encoder or the inverter works correctly
Check whether the cable is connected and the inverter is powered
Check whether the cable is connected and make sure it is not damaged
- Check whether there are obstacles on the door or in the gear reducer
of the motor inverter
- Check whether the line voltage is within the specifications, otherwise
stabilise the line voltage
Leave the inverter to cool down and decrease the operating cycle
Check whether there are obstacles on the door or in the gear reducer of
the motor with inverter
Replace the inverter braking resistance
Cut the power to the control unit, open the inverter and check whether
the phases of the motor are interrupted. In this case replace the motor
or check whether the motor inverter power supply cable has become
disconnected.
