hering as much as possible to the wall. Then fasten them with
steel nails (not provided).

take the two sections of white gasket with double-face tape.
Remove the protective film.

the extent possible the crack between the wall and the edge of
the tub.

If installation is carried out by unqualified personnel and/or per-
sonnel unauthorized to carry out installation.
If current norms and legal provisions regarding the electric sys-
tems of buildings in the country in which installation is carried out
are not complied with.
If the instructions for installation and maintenance contained in this
manual are not followed.
If unsuitable and/or uncertified materials are used for installation.
If incorrect operations are carried out that reduce the level of pro-
tection against water splashes or change the protection against elec-
tric shocks by direct or indirect contact, or generate conditions of ab-
normal insulation, current dispersion or overheating.
If any components or parts of the appliance are altered in relation
to the original state when supplied, releasing the Manufacturer
from any liability.
If the appliance is repaired by unauthorised personnel or if spare
parts are used other than the original ones supplied by Jacuzzi Eu-
rope S.p.A.
Jacuzzi® whirlpool products are class I, i.e. fixed appliances, and as
such are not included in the range of application of EUROPEAN
DIRECTIVE 2002/95/CE RHOS.
If the appliance is scrapped, the component parts must be disposed
of as special waste.
Variants for models with frames in marble,
granite stone or Corian®
NOTE: because of the substantial weight of the frame, it is
advisable to place the tube near its permanent position but
slightly away from the wall, so as to make it easier to install
the tap fixtures and frame.
Disassembly of the control panel
(Models with hydromassage)

9 detail 1) open the electrical box of the tub.

9 detail 2) Unscrew from the tap fixtures the cables of the
control panel.

9 detail 3) Extract the cable from the box.

10 detail1) From under the tub edge, release the ring nut
by turning it counter-clockwise (remove the steel spring).

10 detail 2) Still from under the tub edge, remove the
clamp (detail 2a), remove the plastic tube (detail 2b) and release
the other ring nut.

10 detail 3) Remove the control panel from the top of the
tub.
Disassembly of the deviator (where present).

11 detail 1) Use a screwdriver remove the stop ring located
on the central shaft.

11 detail 2) Unscrew the metallic cylinder by turning it
counter-clockwise. Eliminate the plastic spacer.

IMPORTANT Keep the components of the deviator for subse-
quent re-assembly.

12) Unscrew the ring nut (1) and the fixing nut (2) from
the tube. Extract the tube from the tub hole (3) and remove the
plug (4).
Assembly of the drain column control
I In the models Aura Corner 140, Aura Corner 160 and Aura
Uno Design, assembly of the drain column control must be done
before assembling the various components of the frame.
I For Aura Plus and Aura Uno tubs, installation occurs after plac-
ing the frame.
For all models, refer to the assembly instructions provided with the
drain column.
