Assembly of the marble, granite or stone frame.
This must be done by at least two persons so as to make assembly easier
and to avoid impacts which may damage the material.
Before starting assembly, make sure the surfaces are clean and free of
grease.
i
(
13) After unpacking the frame, identify the sequence of as-
sembly of the various elements, based on the model of tub to be
installed.
IMPORTANT Follow the specified assembly sequence, since
each part has its own place.
The parts of the frame are provided with two different types of fasten-
ing devices. Those with the male attachment are to be placed first, fol-
lowed by those with the female attachment.
i
I (
14) Place the provide glue only where indicated. Place it at
the centre of the surface to be glued. Do not use too much, as it
may leak out over the edge and stain the visible surface of the tub.
i
I (
13) Place the component (1) on the top of the tub.
i
I (
13) Then place the component (2).
i
I (
13) Complete assembly by placing the component (3) and,
if included, the last part (4).
i
I (
16) Level the various parts by placing spacers between the
frame and the top of the tub. If necessary, use a rubber mallet and
gently correct the position.
ATTENTION: the position of the frame with respect to the edge
of the tub varies depending on the model. For tubs

maintain is about 5 mm (
For other models, the perimeter of the frame corresponds with the
flush edge of the tub.
Assembly of the Corian® frame
i
I (
14a) Apply the relevant gasket.
i
I (
15 detail 1) Position the frame on the tub surface. Fix
using the relevant nuts with washer.
To assemble the perimeter light, follow the instructions provid-
ed with the relative kit.
Assembling the taps and fittings
(where included)
In the accessory kit box, where the different taps and fittings are to
be found, you will find the instructions for assembling them.
Re-assembly of the deviator (where present).
i
I (

i
I (
18 detail 2) Screw the metallic cylinder back in.
i
I (
18 detail 3) Use a screwdriver or pliers to lift the shaft.
Put the stop ring back in place.
Re-assembly of the control panel
(Models with hydromassage)
i
I (
21 detail 1) Put the control panel back in place on the mar-
ble frame, at the holes indicated, running the display cable
through the respective hole.
Make sure that the display and its connection cable are placed on the
left (as seen from outside the tub).
i
I (
21 detail 2) Take the ring nut and spring (previously re-
moved). Insert them on the display cable, then fasten them to the
indicated fitting (bayonet connection).
i
I (
21 detail 3) Insert the other ring nut and spring on the tube
with the largest diameter (from the sanitizing liquid tank). Then
insert the tube, from under the edge of the tub, in the fitting of the
panel left free and fasten it with a clamp (detail 3a). Check that
both tubes are firmly attached to the tank. Tighten the ring nut by
turning it clockwise.
Assembly of remote control receiver (where present)
i
I (
19 detail 1) Insert the cable and the receiver in the hole
present on the frame (1-2). The position of the inlet hole varies
dependent on the tub model. Fix the receiver using the rele-
vant nut (3). Remove the electrical box cover (4). Insert the ca-
ble inside the box rotating the connector (5).
IMPORTANT! Insert the cable taking care to not damage the
linking connector.
Connect the connector (5). Close the cable clamp (6). Close the
electrical box cover (7).
Assembly of sanitising inlet (where present)
i
I (
20) Insert the tube in the hole present on the frame (1).
The position of the inlet hole varies dependent on the tub
model. Fix the tube using the relevant nut (2). Screw the ring
nut with coupling (3).
I Re-connect the wires of the display cable to the respective ter-
minal board (refer to the electrical diagrams).
Positioning the tub
Now place the tub near the wall and fasten the feet to the floor.
Several persons should do this, due to the substantial weight of
the tub.
Continue installation (referring to the chapter on plumbing connec-
tions and subsequent chapters) according to the instructions for all
models.
Final steps
i
I (
