Once you know for sure which power tip fits your laptop, disconnect the power
connector from the laptop.

The voltage needs to correspond with the voltage needed for your laptop. If it
does not correspond with the voltage needed for your laptop, do not connect it to
your laptop.

Connect the power cable to the laptop charger. Connect the other side of the
power cable to a wall outlet. The laptop charger will now start charging your
