Briefly press the SET button to switch the display
from time mode to temperature mode. Press and
hold the SET button in the temperature display mode
to select the temperature unit (Celsius (° C) or Fahrenheit
(° F)); To select the desired temperature unit, enter
the temperature mode, press the SET button and hold
until the temperature unit changes to the desired one.
The "+" and "-" buttons, depending on the selected mode,
are used to increase and decrease the temperature or time.
The ON / OFF button is used to TURN ON,
TURN OFF and PAUSE.
This food dehydrator is designed for drying
vegetables, fruits, herbs, mushrooms, etc.
