Installing the side walls
(
7, details 1-2) Using the suction lifter, draw the lower side
wall towards the base wall (Sauna: wall with vent) and thread
the speaker cables via the grooves (below) of the base wall.
Then connect them to the audio box.
NOTA: (
7 details1-2) Remove the jumpers (P) and also connect
the speakers from the other module to the terminal block.
(
7, detail 3) Thread the bench light cable (6) into the con-
duit and allow it to pass out of the other end until it aligns with
the central hole in the panel.
Apply the foam rubber cylinder to the cable and provisionally
attach it (it will be inserted into the panel hole once the bench
is positioned).
(
8) Install the lower wall to the base frame so that:
- (detail 1) the fasteners located at the ends are inserted into
the fasteners on the base wall,
- (detail 2) the wood dowel is inserted into the frame. Subse-
quently, use a rubber mallet if necessary.
(
9) Using the suction lifter, draw in the upper wall and in-
stall it as per the instructions described above.
Then, thread the following cables into the conduit supplied:
- temperature probe (SO)
- display (1)
These cables must protrude from the display unit.
Check that the walls are completely perpendicular.
Installing the vertical wall
(
10, detail 1) Remove the glazing bead from the vertical
wall; install the wall so that:
- (detail 2) the end fasteners are inserted into the fasteners on
the base wall,
- (detail 3) the wood dowel is inserted into the frame profile.
- (detail 4) the metal dowels are inserted into the vertical profile.
NOTE: these dowels are adjustable so that any positioning errors
can be corrected.
(
10, detail 5) Attach the profile to the metal dowels.
Installing the glass profile
(
11, details 1-2-3-4) After having removed the glazing
bead, install the glass panel by inserting it into the metal dowels,
ensuring that it is flush with the walls.
NOTE: these dowels are adjustable so that any positioning errors
can be corrected.
(
11) Attach the glass profile:
- (detail 5) to the metal dowels,
NOTE: these dowels are adjustable so that any positioning errors
can be corrected.
- (detail 6) to the side walls.
Installing the roof frame
(
12) Remove the roof frame and remove the glazing beads.
(
12a) Remove the shower frame (remove the protective
film) and the plastic edge protectors.
Place a line of silicone on each of the plastic edge protectors and po-
sition them as indicated, so that they are flush with the frame edge.
(
13) Install the roof frame so that:
- (detail 1) the wood dowels on the wall are inserted into the
frame.
- (detail 2) the metal dowels are inserted into the glass profile,
- (detail 3) the metal dowels are inserted into the vertical wall
