Troubleshooting table

Fault
The heater is not
functioning.
CH3: The fan does
not turn and there is
no heat.
CH12/CH18
Positions 2, 3 and 4:
The fan turns as nor-
mal but there is little
heat, 50%.
Record the maintenance details in table A in
the annex at the back of this manual.

Cause
1 The heater has no voltage.
2 Defect in the operating
panel.
3 Interrupted contact(s) in the
connection.
4 Fuse is faulty in your sys-
tem.
5 Fan motor is broken.
6 Cable of the extension cable
has been pinched. (wire
interrupted.)
7 One fuse is faulty in your
system.
8 Cable of the extension cable
faulty.
9 Heater functions on 2
phases.
10 One loose or burnt cable in
the plug/counter extension
cable.
11 There is a connection with
the ZERO wiring.

Solution
Check the electrical con-
nection.
Repair or replace the
operating panel.
Repair the connection.
Replace the fuse. (Make
sure it is tight.)
Replace the fan motor.
Repair the connection.
