In the event of a working defect, the system informs the user about the type of failure occurred.

Kind of problem
There is no power supply
The smokes sensor is broken or not con-
nected to the pcb
Smokes temperature too high
Smokes extractor blocked or broken
The Hydro Insert cannot start up
This is the first light-up
The pellet Hydro Insert switched off

The water temperature exceeds 90°C.
The circulating pump is blocked or there
is no water in the hydraulic system
Obstructed flue

The Hydro Insert has worked for 1300
hours. Supplementary maintenance re-
quired
Solution
As soon as the power supply is back, the Hydro Insert starts
a cooling cycle. After completing the cycle it starts working
automatically
Contact an Authorized Assistance Center
Switch off the Hydro Insert, allow it to cool down and per-
form ordinary cleaning. If the problem persists, contact an
Authorized Assistance Center for cleaning the Hydro Insert
and the flue

Fill in the tank with pellets

Check the power supply on the pump.
Check limestone does not block the pump impeller
Clean the flue or check there are no obstructed grids near the
