WIPER MOTOR

Remove
1. Remove wiper motor and linkage assembly. 1. Remove wiper motor and linkage assembly.

2. Release multiplug clip from linkage. 2. Release multiplug clip from linkage.
3. Remove nut securing crank to motor spindle and 3. Remove nut securing crank to motor spindle and

Refit
1. Connect multiplug to harness. 1. Connect multiplug to harness.

3. Disconnect multiplug. 3. Disconnect multiplug.
4. Fit motor to linkage bracket and tighten bolts to 12 4. Fit motor to linkage bracket and tighten bolts to 12
Nm.

REPAIRS
5. Align crank between timing marks and fit to motor 5. Align crank between timing marks and fit to motor
spindle.
6. Fit and tighten crank nut to 18 Nm. 6. Fit and tighten crank nut to 18 Nm.
