Alarm Actions
This menu is not displayed if the Alarms option in the Detection Period
menu (page 16) is set to always off.
This menu is used to determine what action the multiplexer will take
when an alarm is triggered.
Alarm dwell
The Alarm dwell is used to extend the length of the original alarm
trigger. The dwell time range available is 000 (default) to 999
seconds.
Main and Spot monitor displays
The Main and Spot monitor displays can be selected to switch to a full
screen image of the alarmed camera(s). The options available are:
Last alarm
Displays pictures from the last alarmed camera (default).
Sequence alarms Displays any simultaneous camera alarms in a sequence.
Unchanged
No change to the monitor on alarm.
Note: The Main monitor will automatically return to the previously displayed image when the alarm clears.
Playback display
All alarm events detected by the system are tagged when recorded to the VCR. When the tape is played back using a multi screen
display, this recorded alarm tag can be made to switch the main monitor to Full screen. The options available are:
Full
Displays the alarm in Full screen (display).
Unchanged
Display remains unchanged on alarm.
