EQUIPMENT'S INSTALLATION
Ultrasound use
After the desired function is selected, proceed according to the instructions below:
- Turn on the equipment through the ON/OFF button (01)
- Remove the ultrasound hand-piece from the support.
- Choose the adequate position for the desired operation according to "Techniques and
Applications".
- Tighten the chosen insertion at the hand-piece with the aid of a tool (Fig.A) and give
a small tightening.
- Activate the pedal (02) and position the Power selector (03) according to the sensitivity
of the operation.
- Adjust the water flow on the water flow selector (04) according to one's need.

Technical and applications
All the inserts of the scaler have the particularity of vibrating in an only plane (front
vibrations to back, and in the axis of the insert).
The lateral vibrations common to other destartarizators don't exit, the rectilinear
displacement favors more precise approach of the tooth and of the gum.
The enamel and the cement are protected of the inutile shocks.
Inside of this main plane of vibration, the end of each insert is driven by small vibratory
movements.
To abtain the maximum performance ot the scaler the operator should pay attention to
the specific vibrations regulations of each insert.
