Do not use gritty and abrasive detergents for cleaning.
Do not use a water hose to clean the appliance.
It is advisable to regularly clean the inner part of the tub with soapy water that will be left to boil for a few
minutes, and then rinse it with plenty of water.
It is important that as soon as the tub has been cleaned and before filling it with oil, it be completely dry without
a sign of water.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
For the pasta to be well cooked there has to be plenty of water, at least 1 litre per 100 grams of pasta. It is
preferable not to use salt in the water, and if salt is used, use rock salt rather than table salt at a proportion of 7
grams per litre of water, a drop of oil can be added.
The pasta must be put into the water when it is boiling and moved immediately so that it does not stick
together. When the water is boiling it is left for a few minutes until it is "al dente". The boiling must be strong at
the beginning and then turned down.
The time is calculated from the moment in which the water starts to boil with the pasta in it until it is "al dente".
You must test a bit of pasta now and then and when it is just right, immediately stop the boiling.
