Troubleshooting
Should the air conditioning unit not operate correctly, please check the following points.
NOTE: Should the problem persist after having checked these points, contact your closest technical service.
Problem
The unit is totally inoperative.
The unit goes off after start-up.
Does not cool sufficiently.
Does not heat sufficiently.
Indoor fan inoperative in heat mode.
Maintenance
Daily maintenance
1. Clean air filter.
2. Do not remove filter without cleaning it.
3. The filter should be cleaned very fre-
quently when operating in bad conditions
(every two weeks is recommended).
NOTE: Please check the following points
prior to cleaning the unit.
1. Disconnect power supply before touch-
ing the unit.
2. Turn the unit off prior to cleaning so as
to avoid electric discharges.

Cause
- No power supply.
- Main switch is off.
- Power supply voltage is insufficient.
- START/STOP set to STOP.
- Control system failure.
- Condensing unit air intake our outlet obstructed.
- Irregular operation of control circuit.
- Outdoor temperature is above 43° C in cooling mode.
- Dirty air filter.
- Too many heat sources in the room.
- Doors or windows open.
- Air intake or outlet obstructed.
- Temperature selected is too high.
- Refrigerant leak.
- Problems with the temperature sensor.
- Dirty air filter.
- Doors or windows open.
- Air intake or outlet obstructed.
- Temperature selected is too high.
- Refrigerant leak.
- Outdoor temperature is below -5° C.
- Irregular operation of control circuit.
- Pipe sensor in wrong position.
- Pipe sensor is cut off.
- Pipe sensor cable cut.
- Current leak in electric condenser.
3. Do not pour water directly on the unit as
this could cause electric discharges.
4. Make sure the installation is firmly in
place.
Maintenance at the beginning
of each season
1. Check for obstruction of air intakes and
outlets.
2. Make sure the unit is grounded cor-
rectly.
3. Make sure the air filter is installed cor-
rectly.
4. Make sure letters appear on the wall

and in an environmentally respectful way, in compliance with the corresponding local and national
regulations.
The dismantling of the air conditioner, as well as the treatment of refrigerant, oil and other components,
should be carried out by a competent installer in compliance with the applicable legislation.
