8.9 Association of home automation functions with repeater
If the transmitter does not find any re-
ceiver during an association operation;
(e.g. the gate receiver is out of wireless
range).
You can use another receiver of the
installation that will serve as a repeater
to reach the required receiver.
To do this:
• Place the receiver out of wireless range while waiting for the association.
• Choose a receiver of the installation within range of the transmitter,
and set it to association wait mode.
• Start the association.
Example for a gate receiver, type #430 then type 1
• The transmitter displays: "configuring..."
After a few seconds, the transmitter announces the number of receivers found
on the installation:
Example: "1 gate associated, 1 repeater associated".
