Place the helmet along the upper edge of the
mask and pull it down at the back. Adjust the
size to fit.

5.0 Care instructions

Clean the helmet shell with the supplied gel*,
cleaning cloths (Art. No. 156685), plastic
cleaning agent or washing-up liquid. Wash
the visor with water first if necessary and
clean it with the supplied gel* or spectacle
cleaning fluid. Do not use solvents, spirit,
acids etc. for cleaning.
*Only supplied with HEROS Colour

6.0 Spare Parts and Accessories

With the exception of the size adjustment
mechanism (which requires special tools) all
the helmet spares are easy to fit. Your
ROSENBAUER service centre will replace the
size adjustment mechanism if necessary.

7.0 Inspection and
Maintenance
Whenever you have cleaned the helmet or
replaced any parts, check that nothing is
missing, parts are secure and functioning
properly. Then check all over for visible
signs of damage. If you detect any
damage, have it repaired immediately by
trained personnel or return it to the
manufacturer for a full inspection.
