CASCADE APPLICATION
Jobs to be done on the boiler and the basic operations to be carried
out on the cascade manager for relative programming are given
hereunder. See the instructions handbook supplied with the kit for
all the other operations on the manager device.
BOILER SETTING
To set the cascade mode do the following actions (refer to boiler
manual):
- remove the jumper on connection TA – boiler terminal board M6
- cut the jumper on C11 connection - fi g. 4

BASIC OPERATIONS TO SET CASCADE CONFIGURATION
- Put into position and install the manager and communication
interface CoCo; we recommend installing the manager in a special
electrical board and also the CoCo or else in electrical boxes near
the boilers
- Wire up the CAN-BUS signal (manager-Coco) and OT signal
(CoCo – boiler) as shown in fi g. 2
- Set the address switches of each CoCo interface as shown in fi g. 2
- Wire up the "bridges" provided on the manager terminal board:
bridge from terminal 22 to 38, bridge on GND terminal board,
bridge on N terminal board and bridge on earth terminal board
(fi g. 3)
- Insert the probe supplied with the manager into the pocket
provided on the hydraulic separator of the cascade system (use
conductive paste) and connect it to the specifi c terminals (2-GND)
on manager (fi g. 3)
- Wire up all the connections of the system user devices if you
