ATTENTION
- Check compatibility between the manager relays and the
estimated electrical input of each connected device.
- Cables for connecting bus and probes must be separate from
those for the power supply (230V).
- Input probes and heating request must be connected to the
reference terminal board and GND.
- If any other connections or changes are necessary after the
manager has been connected, remove and restore the power
supply.
- Wire up the manager to power supply; install an electrical switch
to remove and restore the power supply only on the manager.
- Switch on manager and boilers.
- Make sure the indicator lights of the CoCo communication
interfaces are green and steady (bus OK); if they are off or are
fl ashing check the wiring and if the power has been switched on
to manager and boilers.
- "Setup" will appear on the manager display; press OK to enter
the list of initial installation parameters. Press "End" if setting has
already been completed, to go on to the main display.
- The following parameters only must be set in the fi rst step of
cascade programming:

Capacity stage: wait until synchronization is completed (100%); then
the manager display will visualize the list of HS (boilers) introduce
the value of max power for each boiler recognised.
See the manager instructions handbook for how to select and
change parameters; the main display will be visualized after
programming is completed.
- Set the operating mode in Stand-by and check there isn't any
heating request.
- Check that the connected devices are working correctly (relays,
probes and boilers) by entering "Service" menu (Home/Service).
- Enter the main menu (press "Home" key).
- Enter the "Expert" menu (press the reference F key).
- Enter the "Cascade" menu "(pressing the reference F key).
- Set the parameters (VP) of the cascade menu with the help of
the attached table; it is also possible to set specifi c parameters
for the sequence function mode of the boilers.
- Enter the "Expert" menu (pressing the reference F key).
- Enter the "Heat Source" menu (pressing the reference F key).
- Set the "Max T-Header" (≤ 80°C) and the "Min T-Header" (max
and min temperature on the hydraulic separator).

- At this point you can proceed to set the parameters for the
management of the user systems ("Expert" and "User" menus);
see the manager instructions handbook for relevant operations.
- Unused multifunction relays (MF) must be set to 00.
- Time slots for programming the on/off periods of the user systems
can be set, where required.
- Select the operating mode for the manager and served user
systems to enable the operation.
BOILER ALARMS RESET
Any boiler faults will be visualized by the manager with an error
code referred to the boiler involved:
Error 200
fault HS1 (1st boiler)
Error 201
fault HS2 (2nd boiler)
Error 202
fault HS3 (3rd boiler)
Error 203
fault HS4 (4th boiler)
Faults are reset through the boiler's selector following the operations
given in the boiler instructions manual. After that, position again the
mode selector on
(winter).
CHECKING COMBUSTION PARAMETER
- Insert the probe into the fl ue analysis point of the boiler where
the emissions will be controlled.
- Set the general operating mode to Service (this status will be kept
for an interval of 15 minutes).
- Enter the main menu (press the "Home" key).
- Enter the "Service" menu (pressing the reference F key).
- Enter the "Cascade manual" item (pressing the reference F key).
- Set the required generator working % to 100% and confi rm; at this
point, a request for maximum heat capacity will be transmitted to
the specifi ed boiler.
ATTENTION: in enabled in the Service operating mode when the
temperature of hydraulic separator probe reaches 65°C, emergency
cooling will be started up by the user systems regulating maximum
delivery temperature to reduce the heat.
IMPORTANT
If it is necessary to activate boiler service functions (regulations,
combustion analysis) procede as follows:
- cut off electric power
- disconnect OT cable
- power on the boiler and do the necessary operations.
At the end cut off electric power, connect the cable OT and power
on the boiler.
Position the mode selector on
