Secure the flange (2) to the boiler by no. 4 screws (3) interposing the insulating gasket (4) and
the eventual insulating cord (5).
Insert the burner in the flange so that the nozzle enters the combustion chamber according to
the indications of the boiler manufacturer. Tighten the screw (1) to lock the burner.
PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF THE UNIT
Before commissioning the burner, make sure that:
– the boiler and the system have been duly filled and any valves are open;
– the boiler and stack flue damper valves are open;
– the tension values in the net are corresponding to the plate data of the burner;
– the electric circuit fuses are of the correct rating;
– the gas pressure is included within the limits of the burner plate (check by a pressure gauge);
– the air purge has been effected in the gas pipeline by the pressure tap connection;
– the boiler thermostat is set at a level higher than the temperature level existing in the boiler;
– the contacts of any other control equipment (moisture meters, timers, etc.) are closed.

OPERATING CYCLES

– Close the main switch.
– Bring the ON/OFF switch on the "I" position.
The fan motor starts along with the:
– Pre-ventilation
– Ignition transformer
– Opening of solenoid valve 1st stage
– Flame control
– Opening of air shutter and solenoid valve 2nd stage
– Working
– Stop
– During the ordinary operating cycle, the burner only stops for the intervention of the control devi-
ces
– Should the flame be lacking, the control device will immediately stop the fuel inflow and lock the
burner
– The burner will no longer operate until the release device is manually reset.
– The eventual seal control is checked before any start.
