C. The user interface is damaged
(green status light on the
generator is on).
A. An error has occurred with the
steam generator.
A. The temperature sensor is not

B. The temperature sensor is

A. A connection to the media
module has not yet been
established.
B. A connection to the media
module cannot be established.

A. Cables between the generator(s)

A. Connect the temperature sensor.

A. Perform a system reset on the user

provided test kit to ensure the
generator is working properly.

instructions to identify the source
of the problem.
