The front derailleur may be moved from the smaller chainring to the larger with a single
lever push of 1, 2 or 3 clicks, depending on the initial position of the front derailleur
(Pos. C, B or A respectively - Fig. 7).
Changing up to the larger chainring always takes place in position E.
