1. Inserting the Batteries
Open the battery compartment cover

2. Inserting the Memory Card*
Switch the microscope off.

Slide the memory card* into the card slot,

contacts first (Fig. B, 10), until it snaps into
place with a faint click.

click by pressing it in again and releasing it.
It can then be removed from the slot.
Note:
If the "FULL" message appears on the LCD
monitor, the memory card* is full. Replace
the memory card* or copy all the data to

your PC. You can then delete all the data on
the memory card* and use it again. Only SD
memory cards* will fit the microscope.
The USB hand held microscope supports
SD memory cards of up to 16 gigabytes.
If there's ever any problem with the legibility
of any such card (the USB hand held
microscope with USB memory card inserted
switches itself off and displays the message
„Goodbye") then format the SD memory card
using the formatting function of your PC and
try again.Note that all the data on the card are
deleted by doing so.The camera supports
both FAT16 and FAT32 formats.
3. Operation

3.1 Switching the Microscope on / off:
