○ Delete unwanted videos/photos from the Dashcam.
○ Connect the MicroSD to a PC and delete unwanted videos/photos from the Dashcam.
○ Format the MicroSD.
Locked videos/photos cannot be deleted. Please unlock them before deletion.
Data is irrecoverable after deletion and formatting. Please make a backup
copy of the videos and photos before formatting the MicroSD.
● No playback on the Dashcam
○ Check if the filename of the videos/photos or the folder name in the MicroSD have been
modified from a PC.
○ Check if the videos/photos in the MicroSD have been modified from a PC or the
videos/photos in the MicroSD are not produced with the Dashcam.
○ MicroSD has crashed.
