Ensure that there are no leaks from the gas ramp.
-
ignite the burner which will stabilise at maximum delivery;
-
to insert a gauge for the measure of the pressure of the gas to the head of the burner;
-
measure the CO

-
check the meter to see whether gas delivery is as required. If necessary, nely adjust the servo control
of the air valve on cam I until the desired value is achieved (see page 38);
-
once the correct gas delivery has been achieved, repeat combustion tests and, if necessary, adjust the
gas/air ratio by turning screw 1 ;
-
place the burner in rst stage position at minimum delivery (by means of the corresponding cam) and
repeat the combustion test if the values are different to those previously found (at maximum delivery)
by adjusting screw 2 and observing the operation through opening 2a ;
-
when making nal inspection of CO
followed by those corresponding to various intermediate outputs as the burner is set for continuous
modulation operation.
