m a n u f a c t u re r 's warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defec-
tive carrier. Damage to the vehicle, the carrier's contents, or to any person
or property is excluded.
The carrier can only be mounted to roof racks with a capacity of 150
pounds or more. See application chart on store display for appro v e d
f a c t o ry installed roof racks. No more than 100 pounds of evenly dis-

1. Consult the vehicle owner's manual or the vehicle dealership for the
weight capacity of factory installed roof racks.
2. If using an aftermarket roof rack consult the manufacturer of the ro o f
rack for weight capacity.
Do not travel with an empty carrier at speeds over 40 MPH. Keep a mini-

All carrier hard w a re should be firmly attached. When traveling periodical-
ly check all hard w a re to assure it is fastened secure l y. The carrier is water
resistant, not waterproof. Always protect contents accord i n g l y.
DO NOT place valuable or fragile items in the carrier. Sudden stops may
cause contents to shift, possibly damaging items. The carrier is not
designed to be accident or theft proof. The manufacturer and retailer can-
not be held responsible for damage or theft of carrier's contents.
