Fitting the collection bag
Before � tting the collection bag (8), check
that the function selector (6) can move
unobstructed.
Fit the neck of the collection bag to the
connector (10) on the motor section,
ensuring it � ts tightly to the � ange.
Attach the loop on the front end of the
collection bag to the hook (11).
Fitting the carrying strap
Attach the clip on the carrying strap to
the loop (4) by the support handle (3) and
adjust it so that the leaf blower hangs at a
comfortable working height, while its front
end rests on the two wheels (12).
Use
Connect the leaf blower to an extension cord.
Plug the leaf blower in. The extension cord
must be intended for outdoor use.
Use the function selector (7) to choose
whether the leaf blower will blow (a) or suck
and grind (b).
In suck mode, leaves are ground by the
impeller during intake and are collected in
the collection bag, making them easy to
compost.

When the collection bag is about 2/3 full, it
should be emptied, as this maintains suction
effi ciency and protects the bag. A damaged
bag cannot be repaired, but will have to
be replaced. Unzip the collection bag and
empty the contents into a compost bin or a
container for compostable waste.
Zip it up again once it is empty.
When the leaf blower is in blower mode, the
collection bag must be empty, otherwise the
contents will be blown out!
Adjust the speed by turning the speed
selector (9).
Start the leaf blower by pressing the on/off
button (5).
Hold both handles and move the leaf
blower from side to side with smooth, even
movements.
The leaf blower can be switched off by
pressing the on/off button.

Cleaning and maintenance

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. A small
amount of detergent can be applied to the
a
cloth. Do not allow any water to come into
contact with the motor!
Always remove grass or other objects from
b
the air vents.
Do not use strong, corrosive or abrasive
cleaning agents, as they can damage the
plastic components.
