9 WARRANTY

LEADER warrants to the original purchaser of the FLOWmix (hereinafter
the equipment) that the said equipment is free of defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is provided
to the original purchaser only, not to third parties to whom the hardware may be sold on.
LEADER is obligation under this warranty shall be limited specifically to replacing or
repairing the equipment (or its parts) where, after examination by LEADER, the equipment
or parts is/are deemed to be defective due to LEADER is fault. In order to benefit from this
limited warranty, the claimant must return the equipment to LEADER within
a reasonable time following discovery of the said defect.
LEADER will examine the equipment.
This warranty is limited. The original purchaser of the equipment, any person to whom
it may be transferred, and any person who proves to be the intended or unintended
beneficiary of the equipment, may not demand damages from LEADER in the event
of injury and/or physical damage due to any faulty equipment made or assembled by
LEADER. Some countries do not permit exclusion or limitation of damages: the above
paragraph may therefore not apply depending on the country.
LEADER shall not be liable under this limited warranty if the equipment is used in
an inappropriate or negligent manner (such as without reasonable maintenance),
has suffered accidents, or has been repaired or modified by a third party.
THIS WARRANTY IS AN EXPLICITLY LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY. WITH REGARD
TO THE EQUIPMENT, LEADER REJECTS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY OTHER PARTICULAR USE.
NO WARRANTY (OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER) OTHER THAN THAT OFFERED BY
LEADER UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT WILL BE ADMISSIBLE.
