onto the hob and fill
two-thirds full at the
most.

Heat the food with
the lid on the pot
(for induction use ¾
of the highest power
level). As soon as
the steam flag rises,
go to step 3. The lid
should no longer be
opened.
Reduce the heat to
a lower level and let
the food simmer for
a few minutes. Exact
times can be found
in the enclosed
table or online at
www.kuhnrikon.com.

Remove the
HOTPAN® from the
stove and place it in
its insulating holder.
Your dish finishes
cooking to perfec-
tion on its own.
