the same country. Any incident must be declared to the depositary before replacement
under warranty and the unit will remain available to the experts employed by the insurer

Excluded from the warranty: Wearing parts: magnesium anodes ... Units that cannot
be inspected (difficult access for repairs, maintenance or inspection). Units exposed to
abnormal environmental conditions: ice, bad weather, water demonstrating abnormally
aggressive characteristics outside the drinking water criteria, electrical power supply subject
to severe power surges. Units installed in a manner not compliant with the standards and
regulations in force in the country in which it they are installed: absence of or incorrect
assembly of safety devices protecting against overpressure, abnormal corrosion due an
incorrect hydraulic connection (contact iron / copper), incorrect earthing, insufficient
electrical cable section, non-compliance with the connection diagrams indicated in this
manual. Units not maintained in accordance with the provisions of the present manual.
Repairs to or the replacement of components of the unit not carried out or authorised by
the company liable for the warranty. Replacing a component does not extend the duration
of the warranty for the unit. The warranty only applies to products inspected and deemed
faulty by the company liable for the warranty. It is essential to ensure the company has
access to the products.
