Hooking and locking mechanism
1. The hooking profile, left and right locking rails
as well as the cut-out in the attached left
and right locking plates should be cleaned of
heavy soiling and then lightly lubricated.
2. Use a rag to remove any excess grease so
that only a thin layer of grease remains.
Checking the locking cylinder for ease of mo-
vement
1. Occasionally operate the locking cylinder of
the removed safety hood and check for ease
of movement.
2. If it doesn't function smoothly, then use a spe-
cial spray for locking cylinders (available in
specialist shops).

AL-KO!
A replacement key can be ordered from a specia-
list shop by providing the ETI number.
ADVICE
The ETI number is located on the safety
hood.
For the Netherlands, you will also have
to provide the safety card!

Warranty for defects
The warranty for defects is handled according to
§10, numbers 1-7 of the general terms and condi-
tions of business of AL-KO Kober.
