STEP 4:
GASKET FOR KOHLER
KOHLER TOILETS:

A:
Position black gasket onto bot-
tom of tank and press plugs into
holes. Ensure tank gasket is flush
with bottom of toilet tank.
B: INSTALL LOCKNUT
Position friction washer (b)
and locknut (c) onto bottom of
flush valve.
C:
Hand-tighten locknut to secure
flush valve.

STEP 4:

D:
Use the red wrench
the locknut 1/2 turn beyond
hand-tight. Do not overtighten.

E: SECURE TANK TO BOWL.
From inside tank, insert a bolt
through each of the three holes
in tank. Orient tank so that bolts
line up with the holes in toilet
bowl and lower tank onto bowl.
F:
Slide one metal washer onto
each bolt, then loosely tighten
hex nuts. Alternately hand-tight-
en hex nuts onto each one of the
bolts evenly, then use
to tighten.
NOTE: See Step 5B for reference.
Adjust tank bolts to ensure that tank
is level, front to back and side to side.
