8. Remove the blade by
unscrewing and pulling out the
knob at the back of the slicer
(FIGURE 6).
This will allow you to remove the
plate on top of the blade. You
need a Phillips head screwdriver
to remove the 3 screws securing
the blade to the unit. Carefully pull
the Blade off the unit (FIGURE 7).
9. Remove the blade support by
removing the bolt from the top
of the motor housing. Remove
the (2) Phillips head screws,
(2) washers and (2) recessed
nuts from the back right side
of the motor housing (FIGURE
8). Unscrew the (2) nuts at the
bottom of the blade support
(FIGURE 9).
10. To remove the gauge plate,
unscrew the cap nuts and remove
the washers from the back of the
gauge plate.
