Directions:
1. Cut eggplant and peppers in half lengthwise. Cut the onion into quarters, without peeling.
2. Enter the vegetables in the stainless steel container of the robot and add a drizzle of olive oil. Set the P3 program
(180º) and cook during 15 minutes. When finished, leave the vegetables in the container for another 10 minutes with
the closed lid.
3. Peel all the vegetables, cut them into strips and dress with olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste. You can also sprinkle
finely chopped garlic.

• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 onions
• 400 g mushrooms
• 400 g of shiitake mushrooms
• 200 gde boletus
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
• 1 sprig fresh thyme
• 1 sprig fresh parsley
• sage
Directions:
1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the trunk from the shiitake mushrooms. Cut into 4 pieces or
slices the mushrooms; Peel and chop the garlic and 2 medium onions into strips.

3. Before serving, sprinkle the parsley.
