13. Connect the alarm contact
The Clima Control Plus is equipped with a change-over
contact for the alarm output, suitable for 230V at 1A.
Therefore, this contact is not suitable for high capacities,
but is intended to control an external relay.
If the Clima Control Plus is switched off or if all values
are correct, the NC contact will be connected to the
common (COM) connection; the NO contact is not
connected to anything in this state.
If the temperature rises too high, the change-over
contact will switch, so that the NO contact will be
connected to the common (COM) connection; the NC
contact is not connected to anything in this state.
Go through the following steps for a proper connection:
1. Unscrew the front plate (the small one with the
sockets) and lift it off the housing.
2. Put the alarm cable through the right swivel.
3. Connect the wires of the alarm cable to the right
terminal block, by pressing down the tiny white lever
with a small screwdriver and inserting the cable into
the corresponding hole.
4. Tighten the swivel tightly so that the cable is
clamped.
5. Replace the front plate and screw it tight.
14. Replace the fuse
If a short circuit occurs due to fan overload, the fuse will
blow. Even if the Clima Control Plus does not operate at
all, in the worst case, this could indicate a blown fuse.
