Troubleshooting guide

Malfunction
The device cannot be switched on.

If the device does not work properly in spite of performing the instructions of the troubleshooting guide, check the Malfunction
management guide with the distributor/merchant.
Malfunction management guide
The guarantee is valid for 24 months after the purchase date. It will be only validated if the device was used according to its intended
purpose and does not bear signs of damage. In the next step the existence of malfunctioning has to be cleared. And if the malfunc-
tion occurred due to the user's own fault or if it was no fault of his own. The manufacturer provides 24 months warranty in case of use
according to the intended purpose. The following checks can be conducted by any user at home or with the distributing merchant or
their trustee after presenting the filled in warranty card or the receipt. The distributor or the legal entity charged with failure assessment
is obliged to fill in the warranty card supplied with the User manual or provide their own warranty document, record the steps of trou-
bleshooting in detail and forward it to the manufacturer within 24 hours.

Reason
The plug is not connected.
The device switched off due to overuse
for security reasons.
The Colibri head got blocked or was
incorrectly assembled.
The air mesh wore out.
The Colibri head was not held in the cor-
rect position. The connection point of the
tube did not point downwards.
Too much saline solution was used.
Recommendation
Connect the power cord to the device
then to the 230 V socket.
For the sake of your child's health, stop
using the nasal aspirator. The device
can be used again in appr. 50 minutes.
Take it apart and clean it. After drying it,
assemble it based on the user manual.
Replace the air mesh based on the user
manual's „Maintenance and storage"
section.
Switch off the device and clean and
dry the Colibri head and the tube.
Check the air mesh and replace it if
necessary.
Reduce the volume of the saline
solution to less than 5 ml. Switch off the
device and clean it, then dry the Colibri
head and the tube. Check the air mesh
and replace it if necessary.
