1. Take the dehydrator out of the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that the delivery is complete (see Fig. A).
3. Check whether the dehydrator or the individual parts exhibit damage.
If this is the case, do not use the dehydrator. Contact the manufacturer at
the service address specified on the warranty card.
Basic cleaning
1. Remove the packaging material and all protective foils.
2. Before first use, clean all parts of the dehydrator as described in the chapter
"Cleaning":
• cover

• base unit
Assembling the dehydrator
1. Place the base unit
located close to an outlet.
2. Place a drying tray
top of one another as needed for the dehydration process.
Make sure that the drying tray without the opening in the middle is always
in the topmost position.
3. Place the cover
Heating the device before first use
To remove any residue from production, you have to heat up the
dehydrator without food for 1 hour before first use. Any odor that
is emitted is normal and will disappear after a short time. This is not
a malfunction of the dehydrator. If this occurs, make sure that you
open windows for adequate ventilation.
1. Connect the power plug

2. Push the plus button
1HR will appear on the display.
3. Start operation by pushing the ON/OFF button
The fan will turn on and warm air will flow out of the hot air vent
The dehydrator will automatically switch off after one hour.
4. Pull the power plug out of the outlet and let the dehydrator cool off.
