Helpful Hints
It is recommended to use purified water for clearer cubes.
If a power failure occurs, the power cord is disconnected, or the ON/OFF
button is pressed during an ice making cycle, small chips may form and lodge
in the automatic shovel causing it to jam. UNPLUG the unit and gently push
the shovel to the rear of the cabinet and gently remove the ice chips. Plug
the unit in and press ON/OFF twice to re-start the cycle.
Make sure the ice tray is sitting properly in the unit or the ice shovel will not
be able to deposit the ice cubes.
