Switch the device on and press MODE repeatedly to select AUX mode.
Use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect any external music players such as
cassette players, MP3 players, smartphones and the likes. Turn the output
volume of the external device to medium level at least.

BT FUNCTIONS

Press and hold BT on the RC to make the DabStep "visible" for other BT
devices. Alernatively, open the menu and select DISCOVERABLE within the
BT sub menu.
Connect your BT device to the DabStep. Once paired, your BT device
(smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.) will automatically connect as soon as it is in
range and BT is activated.
Press the BT button on the RC or open the menu to show the device list, to
see the devices the DabStep is paired to.
Control the music playback of your BT device with the < / > buttons on the
DabStep or on the RC or use the BT device for operation. Press SELECT for
Play/Pause.
