INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE
General
This Electra Installation and Maintenance Guide introduces the installation, maintenance and use of the Oras
Electra faucet. Please read the instructions carefully prior to installation and save them for reference where
servicing may be needed. If any fault or malfunction occurs in the faucet, please seek the best possible
advice at an expert HVAC store
Options for use
Oras Electra 6250F
– With temperature adjustment handle (factory default), figure 1.
– Modified for preset water temperature, figure 2.
– Modified for pre-mixed water, figure 3.
Modifying the faucet for preset water temperature (figure 4)
– Detach parts 1, 2 and 3.
– Position the temperature adjustment handle (2) and adjust the temperature as required.
– Push in the plug (5) in place of the temperature adjustment handle.
Modifying the faucet for pre-mixed water (figure 5)
– Detach parts 1, 2 and 3.
– Unscrew the flexible hot water inlet pipe (4). Note! Left-hand thread.
– Screw on the plug (6) in place of the inlet pipe.
– Position the temperature adjustment handle (2) and turn counterclockwise (cold position) as far as it
goes.
– Push in the plug (5) in place of the temperature adjustment handle.
Installation (figure 6)
– Flush the inlet pipes carefully prior to installing Electra.
Cleaning cover
If required, a cleaning cover can be placed over the sensor lens in order to prevent water flowing from the
faucet during cleaning.
Limiting the water temperature
Electra 6250F/6250G with temperature adjustment handle (figure 7)
– To limit the maximum water temperature, turn the limiter sleeve (3) clockwise.
Electra 6250F/6250G with preset water temperature (figure 8)
– Detach the plug (5).
– To limit the maximum water temperature, fix the temperature adjustment handle in position
and turn it counterclockwise.
