Tension adjustment
The counterpressure of the backrest can be adjusted to body
weight (50 - 125 kg). For this purpose, first move the backrest
into its front position. Increase or decrease the counterpressure
by turning the handwheel
beneath the seat at the front.
The correct setting is reached when the pressure of the
backrest is sufficient to keep the upper body in an upright
position. A balance must be achieved between the backrest
and the back. This induces ideal interaction between the chair
and its user and encourages active movement in conjunction
with the chair.
