Chapter VIII Maintenance

8.1 Precautions
The maintenance shall be performed only by the authorized personnel.
The daily maintenance described in this Manual is necessary for the correct operation and long service life of tire changer. Infrequent
maintenance may affect the operation and reliability of machine and make the operator or other persons exposed to the danger.
Disconnect the power and air source before any maintenance.
The faulty parts shall be replaced by the professional with the original parts. It is strictly forbidden to remove and modify the safety devices
(pressure limiting valve and pressure regulating valve).
8.2 Maintenance

Clean the large plate with diesel weekly to
prevent the dust accumulation and lubricate
the clamping jaw rail. Perform the following
operations at least every 30 days: Check the
oil level in the lubricating oil cup. If necessary,
loosen the screw to fill the reservoir (Fig. 8-1-
a) and lubricate the compressed air circuit only
with the ISO VG viscous lubricating oil (ISO HG).
