Product specification:

SATA HF0414 double-cartridge half mask respirator is certified by LA Mark Center of Personal Protective Equipment. Under the premise
of complying with the scope of use and restrictions, the respirator can protect the user from dust by filtering certain pollutant particles
and harmful gases in the working environment.
This product contains no natural rubber. The part contacting with your face is made of high-stability two-component liquid silicone (LSR),
which is completely harmless to your health!
Protection object, application and working principle:
The purpose of the half mask is to protect against the dust particles. The concept of "dust" is relatively narrow and subordinate to the
concept of particulate matter, including dust (produced by mechanical crushing), fog (in liquid state), smoke (produced by
burning, etc.)and microorganisms, and also called aerosol. The particles that can enter the human lungs are very small, with the
particle size usually below 7 um, so they are called respirable dust, which pose a great threat to the health and are the culprit of various
lung diseases. SATA dust half mask can form the sealed space between the mask and the face by covering the mouth, nose and chin and
then filtering the polluted air by means of inhaling.
Protection object of half mask: The mask can be used together with the corresponding SATA cartridge to protect against the harmful
gases. If the mask is used together with the SATA paint protection kit, they can be used for painting site.
Working principle:
Physical adsorption:
It refers to the phenomenon that fluid molecules thicken or agglomerate on a solid surface, resulting from attraction between the
adsorbate (harmful gas)and the adsorbent molecules, and the adsorbed molecules retain their original chemical properties.
Chemical adsorption :
This adsorption occurs between the adsorbate and the adsorbent molecules by means of a force similar to a chemical chain, and then a
surface compound forms by the adsorbate and the adsorbent.
Catalysis:
For some toxic vapors that are difficult to be physically or chemically adsorbed, a catalyst is used for a catalytic reaction. For example,
the oxides of copper and molybdenum are hydrolyzed by cyanogen chloride and arsine which are difficult to be adsorbed.
