1. General
1.1 For Our Environment
Return the packaging parts for recycling to the appropriatecollection points.
Used and faulty batteries should not be disposed off with domestic waste.
Ensure they are disposed off in an environmentally compatible manner.
When disposing off the device or individual components the respective disposal
regulations for a particular country must be observed.
1.2 Application
The force pickup, in combination with force-measurement device 0 986 612 878,
is a universal device for measuring pressure forces when pressing in bearings, bushings,
shaft seals (e.g. for Common Rail high-pressure pumps CP3.x), heat protection sleeves
(e.g. for step-type nozzle-holder assemblies) and similar components.
The 4 bolts in the upper plate of the force
measurement device 0 986 612 878 can be used
to securely mount non-identical components for the
pressing-in procedure.
For the installation jig for the step-type nozzle-holder
assemblies have two M 6 bores on the lower plate of the
force-measurement device 0 986 612 878.
Important!
The force-measurement device 0 986 612 878 is not part of the delivery specification!
