7-REMOVING THE ENTIRE BLADE MOUNTING HEAD
If the blades' mounting head has to be dismanteled in order to be changed by a 6-blades kit or because of
any other reason, proceed as follows:
Insert the spanner (44) into the blades holder hexagon (23), position the spanner (28) inside the nut (13)
and turn it clockwise to loosen the nut. Then remove the whole blades' head.
8-CLEANING OPERATIONS
To clean the Cutter set the cleaning mode selector switch to position 1, and then lift up the bowl's lid.
That way you can safely clean the cutter, in fact, even if you accidentally touch the starting button the
blades won't be able to turn. However, the bowl slow-speed pushing button can be actioned, in order to
facilitate the cleaning process. When the cleaning process is completed, turn the cleaning mode selector
to position 0.

9-TROOBLESHOOTING

A spare parts list is included with this manual to ease, parts purchase from our distributors.
Our cutters are manufactured with first class materials, and are subject to very strict quality controls. The
components or additional equipments not manufactured by TALLERES RAMÓN, S.L. are supplied to us
with a reliability certificate. However some minor breakdowns may occur.
- When trying to start the Cutter, it does'nt go on:
- Lack of electrical power, the operator must wait.
- The power switch is deteriorated, you must replace it.
- The Cutter stops after being in operation:
- There might be a short cut contact inside the motor. The motor will have to be rewinded.
- Bad insulation in the feed wires or in the machine control circuit. Check them with a polymer and replace
the defective wire.
- The magnetothermal switch or the differential switch goes off.
- The motor is overloading.
- there's a bad wire insulation.
In both cases an electrician should be called in.
- A pushing button does not operate properly
An electrician should be called in, with the Cutter's wiring diagrams he will be able to trace the damaged
electrical component and replace it.
10-IDENTIFICATION PLATE
Place the identification plate which looks like the drawing shown bellow on the right-hand side of the
machine base.
