R-080422 is a practical Ultrasonic Bath specially designed for a wide range of applications. For a
long working life and optimum performance, we recommend you read carefully the following
instructions:
INSTALLATION
Carefully unpack the Ultrasonic Bath. Check that in the packaging you find the following
•
accessories:
-
1 Stainless Steel Basket (G).
-
1 Stainless Steel Glass vessel support (I).
-
1 90 mm diameter Glass vessel and 600 ml capacity (H).
-
1 Stainless Steel lid (E).
-
1 set of Burr Cleaner Tweezers.
Choose a flat and firm surface well away from heat sources or vibrations. It is advisable to place the
•
machine near a sink, so as to keep the drainage pipe connected to the outlet.
Connect the machine to 230 V, 50/60 Hz with earthing.
•
Place the stainless steel basket (G) inside the tank. Fit the flanges on the sides of the basket into the
•
slots on the unit.
Fill the tank with water or a cleaning solution, taking into account that the minimum level should not
•
be less than 10 cm from the bottom of the tank. Optimum level is on the press line on the upper
section of the tank (Fig. 3).
Depending on the cleaning operation, place the basket (G), the vessel support (I), the glass vessel (H)
•
and the Burr Cleaner Tweezers at the appropriate locations inside the tank.
The machine is ready for operation.
•
USING THE MACHINE
1. Place the items to be cleaned inside the basket (G).
2. In the case of small items or items exceeding tray dimensions, it is possible to use the glass vessel (H).
It has been experimentally proven that the cleaning effect remains in objects inside a vessel filled with
cleaning solution in contact with the tank bath. If you need to use this system, put the glass vessel (H)
inside the tank, and make sure it is correctly positioned using the vessel support. Whe n cleaning burrs
or small items, we recommend you use the Burr Cleaner Tweezers supplied with the machine.
3. Check that the cleaning solution completely covers all the items in the basket or glass vessel.
4. The machine has a practical heating system which starts up when control key (D) is pressed. If this
option is operational, a heating resistor will raise the temperature of the liquid in the tank to 50/55 ºC.
We recommend this heating system be used whenever the unit is started up with cold cleaning
solution.
5. Regulate cleaning time using the Up/Down keys (C) on the electronic control unit. The selected time
will be shown on the display (B). Machine operation time can be regulated between 1 and 99 minutes.
The time required for cleaning objects depends on many aspects: type of cleaning solution used, the
geometry of the item, materials, etc.
6. Press Start/Stop button (A). The machine will start working for the set time. The display (B) will
blink to show the time remaining to end of cycle.
7. The machine can be stopped at any step of the cleaning cycle. It has two stop modes:
