T 5200 / T 5250 Timed operation
^ a) Fix the template, Fig. 6, on the machine lid and drill 6.5 mm C holes.
^ b) Open the coin mechanism front panel, place the rubber mat on the machine lid above the
drilled holes and secure the coin mechanism in position on the machine lid with the fixings
supplied.
^ c) T 5200 / T 5250 only
Bridge timer contacts P3, P5 and P7. Connect contact 9 to 13 and 17 to 21. Disconnect
contacts 25 and 31 and bridge them with a plug connector. Unscrew the programme timer
shaft, Fig. 4 (9), and remove it. Close the holes in the fascia panel with the sticker,
Mat. no. 00 090 179.
^ d) Pass the cable through the strain relief, Mat. no. 01 636 052, Fig. 4 (10). Connect the plug
to the 7-pole round connector already fitted in the machine.
Warning!: With C 4065 and C 4070, an adapter may be required (see note with the adapter,
Mat. no. 05 688 611). Disconnect the bridges on the round connector in accordance with the
note with the adapter, Mat. no. 05 688 611.
^ e) For safety reasons the connection cable must not be longer than 2.5 m.
III. PT 7251, PT 7331, PT 8251, PT 8251 COP, PT 5253, PT 8255, PT 8331,
PT 8331 COP, PT 8333, PT 8335, PT 8257, PT 8337
^ a) Fix the template, Fig. 7, on the machine lid and drill 6.5 mm C holes.
^ b) Open the coin mechanism front panel, place the rubber mat on the machine lid above the
drilled holes and secure the coin mechanism in position on the machine lid with the fixings
supplied.
^ c) Open the cable strain relief, Fig. 5 (11), in the rear panel, pass the connection cable (12)
through and connect the plug (4) to the 7-pole round connector already fitted in the machine
^ d) For safety reasons the connection cable must not be longer than 2.5 m.
IV. Replacing C 5002 / C 5003 with C 4060 / C 4065 / C 4070
^ a) C 5002 exchange in accordance with Fig. 8:
Use the fixing holes in the machine lid.
With C 4065 / C 4070, see note with the adapter, Mat. no. 05 688 611
^ b) C 5003 exchange in accordance with Fig. 9:
Use the fixing holes in the machine lid.
With C 4065 / C 4070, see note with the adapter, Mat. no. 05 688 611
^ c) WS 5425, WS 5426 until Machine no. 32881072:
Exchange the pushbutton switch unit for one with Mat. no. 03 579 813 or higher (5 buttons) or
Mat. no. 03 579 653 or higher (3 buttons).
The plug bridge 3W14 on pushbutton switch 22-23 must be connected!
