• Block the cap to the shaft of the shock absorber screwing the
proper nut.
Now the shock absorber is mounted, use the foot control lever to
release completely the spring, then move the arms on the outside
and remove the shock absorber now reassembled thanks to the
machine.
LUBRIFICATION OF THE DEVICE (fig. 10)
Always use of an air line lubricator with these tools.
We recommend the following Filter-Lubricator-
Regulator Unit.
For routine external lubrification of the impact
mechanism through the Hammer Case Grease.
Fitting when disassembling and assembling the
impact mechanism.
GUARANTEE
WÜRTH air tools are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of
purchase against any defect or manufacturing fault. The accessories
and wear parts are covered by the legally enforced guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover the following cases:

normal wear;
-
non compliance of instructions of use and safety guidelines;

non-conventional or abusive use of the tool,
-
tool overloading, lack of servicing or maintenance,
-
intrusion of foreign bodies,
-
tools which have been disassembled or modified,
-
or featuring traces of shock,
-
use with poor quality or non compatible accessories.
To use the guarantee, provide:

the tool with its serial number as well as the legible and
unmarked original invoice designating the product and its date
of purchase.

Upper mirror unit:
The upper mirror is used to facilitate the centering and locking of the
cap to the shock absorber stem.
• Adjust the mirror according to your height by means of the
clamp at the back of the machine, using the knob M8.
• Stand in front of the machine to adjust the mirror so that you can
see the top of the shock absorber (fig. 11).
Rear wheels unit:
The rear wheels are used to make it easier to handle the machine
(fig. 12).
• Hold the machine by means of the two handles at the back of
the machine, then tilt and move the machine.
Once positioned, keep in mind that the machine
must be secured to the ground.
Oscillating clamps:
The two oscillating clamps are designed for shock absorbers with
clockwise and anticlockwise springs (fig. 13).
• Insert the clamps on the spring's first usable coil.
