Assemble the vehicle

Before connecting fuel lines make sure to disconnect the negative cable from the battery and insulate it.
Mount and connect the fuel tank.

When assembling the vehicle, pay careful attention to the tightening moments of the fastening screws
as specified in the repair manual.
Fit the cover of the plug connector strip.
Mount the inner covering and the side paneling.
Connect the negative cable to the battery and mount the seat.

Programming the anti-theft system
The beep and siren and tone type can be freely programmed to diverge from the standard factory set-
tings. The automatic activation of the immobilizer and alarm can be set to modes A, B or C according to
the customer's wishes (see accompanying operating instructions).

Activating the programming modes
Wait until the system has automatically activated; this takes place approx. 15 seconds after man-
ual deactivation of the system or switching off of the ignition. Activate the programming function
as follows:
