Encoding replacement keys or remote controls
New inductive keys and remote controls must be encoded to the anti-theft system. A maximum of four
remote controls and four inductive keys may be encoded on the system.
Activating the encoding function
Use a cable to connect the cable of the programming plug (cable color brown/white, see Section
Connection F) to earth (battery –).
Turn on the ignition.
Press the original key onto the control LED

Three beeps will be heard. The coding function is activated.
Encoding the remote controls
Press buttons

will light up (blink rapidly) and go out after approx. 10 seconds.
Release the two buttons

will light up.
Press either button

A beep will indicate that the encoding of the remote control has been successful.
Repeat the procedure for all other remote controls.
Encoding the inductive keys
Press all available keys one after the other onto the control LED
De-activating the encoding function
Turn off the ignition and detach the lead from the programming plug.
