USEFUL ADVICE

The choise of Wash time depend on the
characteristics of the product. In fact, the degree
of dirt on the Vegetables themselves, their
consistency or delicacy, can influence the
duration of the Wash time, which is usually 2
minutes.
The A-81 Vegetables Washer is
(optionals) with a water flow regulator which
acts on the force of the Wash, increasing or
decreasing the water flow pressure of the Wash.
This allows the possibility of different types of
Wash depending on the consistency or delicacy
of the product.
To wash mushrooms it is advisable to use a
Gentle Wash and longer Wash times.
If the machine is to be used to wash fish, the
following must be kept in mind:
- use the machine be wanted for other types of
vegetables, the whole apparatus should be
carefully washed before proceeding.
