PEDESTAL FIXING
The filter pump must be vertically fixed on ground or a certain
pedestal made of wood or concrete before use. There should be
two holes 9mm (35 in) in diameter on the pedestal, the space
between which should be 127mm (5 in). Put filter pump on the
pedestal and fix them together by fasten the bolts and nuts. All
the pedestal parts should weigh over 18kgs (39.6 lbs) at least to
prevent the pump from accidentally falling.
Installation
Please take a few minutes to check the contents and see if
they are all in place.
Suction fittings installation instruction
a) Submerged suction fittings
b) Max flow rating for suction fittings: 44 GPM
c) Wall mounting only
d) Replace suction fitting within 1 installed year
e) Please note that the suction fitting including fasteners should
be observed for damage or tampering before each use of the pool
f) Missing, broken, or cracked suction fittings shall be replaced
before using the pool
g) Loose suction fittings shall be reattached or replaced before
using the pool
Pool with three valves (Fig.1)
1) Place the loose Hose Clamps (P6124) on both ends of the
Hoses(P6019 & P6132)
2) Attach one end of both the short Hoses (P6132) to the pool's
Hose .Connection Valve (marked "B") and the other end to the
T-joint (P6362). Attach one long Hose (P6019 ) to the free end
of theT-joint (P6362) and the Filter Pump inlet marked "B", and
the other long Hose (P6019) to the pool's Hose Connection
Valve and the Filter Pump outlet, both of which marked"A".
3) Tighten the Hose Clamps (P6124) on the pump
4) Remove the Stopper Plugs from the pool's Inlet and Outlet
Valves and insert the Debris Screens (P6680 and P61318).
5) With the Hoses (P6019 & P6132) and the Debris Screens
(P6680 and P61318) in position,Tighten the Hose Clamps
(P6124) on the pool.
Pool with two valves (Fig.2)
1) Place the loose Hose Clamps (P6124) on both the ends of the
Hoses ( P6019).
2) Attach the Hoses (P6019) to the corresponding letters on both
the pool and the Filter Pump (A to A, B to B).
3) Tighten the Hose Clamps (P6124) on the pump.
4) Remove the Stopper Plugs from the pool's Inlet and Outlet
Valves and insert the Debris Screens (P6680 and P61318 ).
5) With the Hoses (P6019) and the Debris Screens (P6680 and
P61318 ) in position, tighten the Hose Clamps (P6124) on the
pool.
